The Bunn-O-Matic Corporation was founded in 1957 by George Bunn, who innovated and perfected the fluted commercial paper coffee filter, and, later, the pourover coffee brewer. The name BUNN® has since become synonymous with exceptional quality in commercial and home beverage equipment.

BUNN has a long reputation for quality brewing in the commercial market, manufacturing brewers and beverage equipment for fine restaurants, coffee houses, and other foodservice operations around the world.

Today Bunn are well known for their build quality, exceptional reliability and robust designs with the majority of their machines having the capability to brew to the SCAE’S* gold cup standard. The Bunn equipment aforementioned can retain this high quality standard for up to 2 hours which is three times longer than any other competitor product meaning less waste and more profit.

Warranty:

All Bunn machines are sold with a comprehensive warranty as follows:

2 years parts & 1 year labour warranty.

3 years parts & labour warranty on electronic circuit/control boards.

5 years parts & labour warranty on compressors.

Engineers:

Full nationwide team of 25 highly skilled and experienced field engineers; all linked by mobile phone and networked PC, so that they have access to your machine's history.

Installation:

The equipment will be shipped by courier for delivery a day prior to installation or it may arrive with the engineer on the day that it is due to be installed.

The engineer will carry out full installation of the machine and basic training for any staff present that requires it.

Service:

We suggest that machines are serviced every 12 months, to maximise the It’s efficiency and lifespan. In some cases we may recommend that the machines are serviced more frequently dependent on the location in the UK.

Breakdown and Repair:

Initially one of our experienced operators will try and help you resolve the problem over the telephone. If that is not successful then a field engineer will be sent out to site within 24 hours of your phone call (Mon – Fri). Engineers carry the most common spare parts in order to ensure a first visit fix. In the unlikely event that the machine can not be repaired on site, we would either arrange another on site visit if appropriate, or in certain cases remove the machine from site to undertake further repairs.
